I'm interested in the mechanics of pressure washing vinyl siding.
My specific question is whether folks generally have the siding (be it vinyl, or any other washable material) waxed in addition to cleaned.
I read several forums online where professionals disagree about either: Adding wax to the pressure wash liquid (I assume it's mostly water and bleach/detergent), OR whether, After cleaning, a separate spray of a wax/water blend is applied.
My thought is that, in our moist summer climate (and subsequent to the massive Spring pollen) it might be necessary to make certain a power washing includes wax.
Thanks for your thoughts/experience,
